Bar is an outgoing, energetic and passionate person who loves a hot espresso or hot tea, and when I say hot... It better be HOT, trust me!! 

Bar is the creative brain on the team, although sometimes she can get “TOO CREATIVE” I have to admit that she does come up with some brilliant ideas. Being creative, passionate and adding her attention to detail makes her a marketing expert, which sucks for me because not only she’s “RIGHT” at home, but now she’s actually right at work as well. She is always finding solutions and new ways to do things, so when she has an idea, she is going to put her head around it until she makes it work. Those are great assets for one person, but her biggest attribute is people. She has the ability to bring the best out of everyone around her and help whoever needs her... Well, sometimes she would help you even if you don’t need it. That’s the kind of person she is and GROU is a channel for her to give back to the community and do what she does best, MAKE PEOPLE BETTER!

Super is the "yes" guy! Our motivator, which is what I admire the most about him (and what I encourage you to look for in any business partner). If you need somebody that supports you and motivates you to chase your dreams, he's the guy, I’m telling you. He won't turn down an idea. He also transfers the same motivation into his personal and professional growth, constantly learning and TRYING TO BE BETTER just like we do at GROU! Super is 100% goal-driven, and very focused, so yes, we love having him around because he does not stop! He keeps the team pretty balanced, he knows how to make the out-of-the-box ideas happen, thinking about every detail, every important decision, every component. Best problem-solver! SOO PATIENT, I mean, annoyingly patient! But most importantly, he's a people-guy. He knows how to listen and understand what people need. That makes him great at customer service, managing a team and incredibly good handling feedback. Also, pretty funny, which helps! He's definitely the guy behind the numbers and the operations. So smart & caring, thanks to him GROU has become a REALITY!
