SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders from our online coffee store are shipped within the following business day from Miami (Coral Gables). If you have provided us with your email address you will be sent an email including the tracking information and a detailed packing slip. Domestic Shipping is done via USPS and usually takes between 3-5 business days. Please contact us directly if you wish to have your order shipped a different method as other charges would apply. We work very hard every day to send freshly roasted coffee beans and ground coffee to the comfort of your house (but we hope you also visit us at our coffee shop this summer!)

RETURN POLICY

We hope you enjoy our coffee beans as much as we do. In case you are not entirely happy, that's ok, we will exchange your coffee bag (within 30 days of the Roast Date printed on the bag). Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and our team will be happy to recommend another coffee for you. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the item in the original packaging. Shipping charges to and from the roasting facility are non-refundable. After 30 days we will no longer accept exchanges. Or stop by our coffee shop in Coral Gables! (Who doesn't want a trip to a nearby coffee shop in Miami?)
